Thank you for your interest in The Devils Rejects. Please make a new topic, using the button below, titled <Character's Name - Class> using the following format for your application.
Note: You do not need to create an account to post on the Applications forum. We only enable accounts for members so it's best to just apply without making an account first. Please fill out the application IN FULL! 1) Character name 2) Level 3) Class 4) Race 5) Current faction (Alliance wanting to swap to over to the not so pansy side are welcome to apply as well) 6) Current server (transfers are welcome, but let's talk first) 7) Link to Armory profile, and explanation of anything that may not be readily apparent from your Armory profile (alternate sets of gear, currently PvP-specced, etc.) 8) List of any serious alts you have 9 ) What are your usual playing hours? Are there days/times when you are consistently unavailable? 10) Our scheduled raids are Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:00pm-12:30am, Sundays 6:15-12:30pm server time (PST). How often will you be able to make these? 11) Guild and/or Guild History, with explanation of why and how you left and joined your current or prior guilds. 12) Why do you want to leave your current guild? Why do you want to join this guild? 13) Explain what you perceive your character's role in endgame content to be. Explain how your current gear and talent choices mesh with performing that role, and any ways in which you are still working on improving your character. For healers, use this section to describe your personal "healing style," which spells you favor, and why. 14) Please provide WWS (http://wowwebstats.com) or WMO (http://www.wowmeteronline.com) parse(s) from a raid(s) from this patch showing your HPS/DPS/TPS. The more fights, the better. Since gear is no longer a indicator of your skill/experience this it is vital to provide at least one combat log parse; "I don't have one" is not a viable response nor is "My guild didn't use it." You can run your own log and have it uploaded and parsed from a PuG or guild run (Quick Guide To WMO (http://www.wowmeteronline.com/help/content/quickguide). Please note for healers that meters don't mater, but what you did and how you did it does. 15) Discuss your prior endgame raiding experience and your goals for the future. 16) Tell me a bit about yourself. How old are you? Where do you work or go to school? How long have you played WoW? What other MMOs have you played? Add anything else you feel is pertinent. 17) Please list any references who could vouch for you. They won't be contacted unless your application is seriously considered and we have spoken further. 18) Are you able to use Ventrillo and our required raiding mods? Omen, Ora2, and Bigwigs, and a couple others? 19) Do you have a mic that works with vent? 20) If disconnected/ had to restart your computer/had to restart wow, how fast can you get back in game? Do you have slow load times, computer restart times, etc? 21) How stable is your internet connection? Who is your provider and what kind of up/down streams do you have? Average ping (in/out of raid)? Do you have any known downtime/disconnects? 22) What are the main specs of your computer; Motherboard, CPU, RAM, video card, etc (brands, models, clock speeds)? Applications will be posted on a public forum for review and discussion by guild members only. *If you would like more confidential treatment of your application you can email it to GM, and please explain why this treatment is warranted.* Put some effort into your application -- The amount of effort you put into your application will be a direct reflection of yourself. Once we have reviewed your application, we will be in touch. |
